Any previous orders will be added to new orders so everything will be setup in one go rather than in two stages. We have accurate records of every order and know exactly what to install. If we've taken longer than advertise, we will install more products free of charge to compensate.
Q. Where can I find my products once installed?
Your products are part of the Firesale Empire series. Once installed, simply go to My Products > Firesale Empire. From there you will see the PLR offers installed on your system.
Q. Do you have a demo of the system?
Yes! Please log in at our demo site https://www.supersalesmachine.net/admin with username and password demo. You'll be able to navigate through the system, browse through some of the products, and test out some of the features we've added.
Q. I have an older system that needs fixing / updating. Will you help me?
Yes, please submit a support ticket and re-submit your installation form and we'll re-install the previous system for you and original products you've purchased. You may want to consider grabbing this package as well as this will bring you completely up to date and you can benefit from the fix and all the new features in one go.
Q. I've never sold anything online before, will this work for me?
Yes this will work if you promote it to your email subscribers and social media followers who are genuinely interested in PLR content. We recommend you build a significant following and are able to generate at least 100 clicks to your offer to get any traction going.
If you don't have a strong following, you should definitely focus on building your email list. We can still install the PLR Empire for you now so that everything is setup in advance for when you're ready to promote.
Q. This is my first time ordering a setup, what do you need from me?
As a minimum we will need access to your FTP account, your PayPal email, a name and a profile picture. We may need to make some changes to your webhosting for compatibilty, in which case we may need temporary access to your cPanel. All logins can be changed once we've finished with your setup. An installation form with instructions will be available inside the members area.
For SSM v2.0 commission engine to work, your affiliate IDs like your ClickBank ID, JVZoo ID, Zaxaa ID, Builderall ID, ClickFunnels ID, Legendary Marketer ID etc. need to be updated in your account profile. This can be done at a later date and your installation will automatically update when you update your profile
Q. I don't have a PayPal account, do you support Stripe?
Yes! If you want to use Stripe as your payment processor, please provide us with your Stripe API secret key when filling in the installation form. This will overwrite the default PayPal buttons so you can accept payments by credit card, GPay and Link.
Q. Can I build my email list with this?
Yes! Even though this PLR Empire is not focused on list building, you can still build your buyer's list by placing a code snippet in your admin center by going to Account > Autoresponder Forms. This will then present your opt-in form code to your customer after they've made a purchase, but just before the next offer in the funnel.
If you've got the Super Signup Systems installed, you'll be able to build your subscriber list using any one of the PLR offers as a landing page. Once the form is submitted the funnel will then redirect the visitor to that particular PLR offer. If you currently do not have the Super Signup Systems installed, and want a more wholesome solution with multiple landing pages, free reports, OTOs after signup etc. then contact us and we'll cut you a special deal.
Q. How long will it take to complete the setup?
Once you've placed your order and filled in the installation form correctly in the members area, please allow up to 7 days for us to complete the installation. In most cases we can get everything done within 2-3 days depending on the queue.
Q. Will the prices really increase?
Yes, both the Basic and Guru prices will be going up after 10th January 2025. We reward faster movers with discounts and priority install, so if you're ready to order, now's the time to do so. Q. I don't feel like filling in the install form, can I do it later?
Yes absolutely. If you place your order now, the installation form will be available in your account. Then when you're ready simply fill in the form and we'll update your system. We recommend you fill in the form within 30 days of making a purchase, that way things are not left to drag on or forgotten.
